Charity’s leadership experience—including roles at Paycom, where she led DEI initiatives and strategic growth efforts—brings a unique perspective to business optimization.

Charity Miller is a Certified Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Certified consultant, and an MBA graduate from Louisiana State University – Shreveport. She also holds a BBA from Colorado Technical University, where she serves as a Business Alumni Advisory Board Member. Dedicated to mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, she is passionate about helping business owners reclaim time, optimize resources, and scale with confidence.
Since its launch, Lime Group Consulting has completed a business accelerator and earned recognition for being “Most Destined to Succeed.”
Splitting her time between Oklahoma and Arkansas, Charity integrates her faith, love for fashion, and passion for business into her work, ensuring that every client receives personalized guidance and innovative solutions for success.
